We want you to love your Pakt pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the request process and secure it to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place your items in the original packaging or a sturdy mailer, ensuring all original tags are included, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
